Unintentional Contractual Breaches
Coverage for unintentional contractual breaches arising from technology services.
Software Code Infringement
Responds to covered allegations of software code infringement.
Network Security & Privacy Liability
Coverage for defense expenses, damages, fines, penalties, or sanctions arising from network security failures or privacy and data breach claims.
Privacy Regulatory Liability
Coverage for regulatory investigations, defense costs, fines, and penalties related to a covered cyber event.
PCI Fines and Assessments
Coverage for fines, penalties, and assessments arising from PCI DSS non-compliance following a payment card data breach.

Submission Requirements
- Completed cyber/tech E&O application (we accept most carriers' applications)
- Currently valued loss runs (current plus three prior years, can be waived with new business loss history questions)
- When requesting a quote, please be sure to include the date a quote is required and the expiring and/or target premiums
